Are there any upfront costs?

The Now Technologies Partner Program is free to join with a $0 setup fee. If you choose to move to a higher tier program through our wholesale arm Partner Wholesale Networks at a later stage there may be costs associated.

Do you have a customer portal?

Yes, a portal is available for a range of self-service options and access to an SQ tool. Our wholesale arm Partner Wholesale Networks also has a development program in place for regular upgrades and updates to our service options.

Can I change my partner level?

The Now Technologies Partner Program has been designed to be transitionary. As you grow your IT&T sales business you can move levels depending on your business and what level of support you need. For more information on our other partner levels visit Partner Wholesale Networks

Now Technologies is committed to knowing your customers and meeting their telecommunication needs with our onshore Australian based team. Located in our headquarters in South Melbourne, we offer a personalised, seamless experience that keeps your customers satisfied.

Do I need to worry about collections?

No, Our accounts team provide fast, professional, and ethical debt collection services. As a Now Technologies Partner Program participant, all the worry of running an IT&T business is taken care of. Our team offers close management of customer relationships during the debt collection process, which helps ensure customer retention.

How are my customers billed?

As a participant in the Now Technologies partner program your customers will be billed by Now Technologies. Our automated billing process sends regular reminder notices to customers by email/sms and customer contact centre to help allow customers to keep on top of telecommunications bills.
