The Challenge

Patties Foods had corporate offices and manufacturing sites across 3 states. The main challenge was being able to be provided with reliable business grade telco services at their Victorian regional manufacturing facility located in Bairnsdale. If their production lines stopped or any of its automated robotics in packaging, it caused catastrophic problems for the business.

The Solution

100M fibre link delivered to Bairnsdale and a fully redundant MPLS VPN data network deployed with 24/7 managed IT services. A cisco uc solution was deployed, including conferencing.

The Outcome

Patties IT department now for the first time have full visibility over its data network. It hasn’t experienced any outages since deployment and has enjoyed greater productivity with the video conferencing out from Bairnsdale.
