Grill'd
Now Technologies has been supplying services to Grill’d for 7 years for it’s 150 stores ( & 4500 staff ) voice, mobile and data requirements, commencing in 2016.
What originally started out being a review on Telstra retail mobile services and charges across a fleet of 150 users, which resulted in Grill’d reducing it’s monthly mobile spend by 22% per annum, extended to telephony and internet solution review for its corporate head office in Richmond – Melbourne and its then x75 stores , which has now grown to 150 stores in 2022.
Now Technologies provided a full audit of services and identified telephony services that we no longer required, sitting dominant but still attracting monthly charges. Now Technologies rationalised these PSTN services and transitioned them over to new SIP lines that integrated with Grill’ds head office PABX telephone system. All Grill’d company owned restaurants and franchisee stores were connected to ADSL services for internet connectivity. Being able to provide Grill’d with an invoice tailored to its cost centres – with full itemisation was another important requirement, which for the first time was provided to them by Now Technologies.
In 2017 as the Australian government refreshes data networks and with the introduction of the National Broadband Network roll out, Now Technologies transitions Grilld’s 150 restaurants onto the NBN, coupled with a Unified Communication product, which provides voice, video conferencing and address directory – called UC7. The NBN solution was critical to Grill’ds operations, with Point of Sale, security services and telecommunications running over the top of it.
