Garuda Indonesia
The Challenge
Air Garuda, Indonesia’s national airline carrier , had 6 sites across Australia, 3 call centres and 105 employees. Each site had different telco suppliers. It had no centralized platform for ticketing and customer service. It also needed to relocate its Sydney head office in less than 8 weeks.
The Solution
Now Telecom delivered a MPLS VPN across all the sites, with x2 fibre links at each site, providing full redundancy. A Cisco UC solution was provided , with 100 handsets.
The Outcome
Air Garuda now has a business grade data network with full redundancy. The Cisco UC integrated with their banking payment gateway, prioritized customer queuing and allowed its sales team to handle up to 6 different task simultaneously
